Apparently, over 1200 students graduated...the largest summer graduation in the history of Texas Tech!
The United Spirit Arena -
They built the arena while I was going to Texas Tech, and I went to many a
basketball game there!
And I went to the first concert there...Elton John with my then-boyfriend, Brian
and friend, Stephanie...

I graduated on my Papa's birthday...
Me, Emily, Kim, Dr. Clopton, and Rick
Dr. Clopton hooded all four of us!
I worked with Kim in Dr. Fireman's research lab and with Rick at the prison.
The grads getting doctorates and master's degrees.
We had to sit behind the undergrads and next to the band. :o)
