~ The Fanart ~ Thanks to dear Thia and Photoshop 6.0, I started creating fanart in February 2003. I love creating images and expressing my emotion through this medium. I would have never dreamed I would ever do so! lol In summer 2003, I decided to open my own fanart site, which I named Lonely Kingdom. It was hosted by my dear friend, Jenn. I called it "Lonely Kingdom" because of the loneliness that each of us feels at one time or another no matter how many people are around us. We all have feelings that we can perhaps only share or express through images and words...each within our own inner kingdom! Sadly, the site closed with the domain, and I have not had the time or energy to reopen elsewhere! So, Natalie, my sweet hostess, readily agreed to let me introduce the fanart element into Tranquil Daydreams! Now that Tranquil Daydreams is on its own, I'll be re-vamping the art section, so bear with my dust... ;o) Hope you enjoy my attempts at art...and bear with me. I'm still learning! :o) |
