.Rules.

(1) You must have decent content (at least 10 pages).
(2) Your site must be one of the following categories: fanart, art, writing, fanfiction, photo galleries, fansites, fanlistings, blogs. 
(3) You must respect hosting and not upload any copyrighted materials, such as computer programs.  Music and video files are also not permissible.
(4) Your layout must be decent; if not created by you,
then you must credit the designer on your site.
(5) When you apply, your site must be at least partially uploaded
on another server, so I may view your work.
(6) You must know how to ftp.
(7) You must link to Sand in My Shoes! ;o)
