AUTHOR'S NOTES: This is a demented idea I'd tossed around for a while. Anyway, it's a BtVS/Fantasy Island (the new, now cancelled one) crossover. This is my first crossover piece and deals more with the BtVS charachters. Spike is sort of a chaperone to everyone else's fantasies...except one. And he gets something out of each one. Dedicated to Emma for the Spike idea used in this part.

For the first time in a long time, Cal was...happy. To be stuck on Fantasy Island. It might have had something to do with the two people who's fantasies he was in charge of.

"So, let me get this straight. You're a witch, and you're a werewolf?" he asked, pointing to Willow and Oz, who both nodded. "Weird."

"Well, so is Sunnydale," Oz said.

"So, what are your fantasies?"

"Mine, is...um..." Willow began getting a little shy. "I want to sing on stage with my boyfriends band."

Oz smiled at that. "Well, I want to get the E-flat, diminished ninth chord on the guitar. And, I want to be able to see a full moon with Willow. And not go all werewolf on her."

Cal looked at them. "You're sure? That's it?"

Willow nodded. "That's it."

"Very well then," he said. "Let your fantasy begin."

"See you at rehearsal tonight?"

Willow looked around, almost expecting Devon to be talking to Oz or Matt or Steve or Chris. "Uh yeah. When and where?"

"Six, at Oz's. Or did you forget?"

Willow flushed a little. "No, just...I've been busy."

Devon nodded, then ran off, leaving Willow standing there. She didn't even notice Oz come up behind her.

"Guess what?"

"What?" she replied, still a little dazed.

"Just guess."

"You did something good?"

Oz smiled. "Even better than good. I'll show you." With that he took her hand and lead her to the music room.

"What is it?"

He pulled the guitar up and did a set of chords. "Listen."

And as she watched, he hit that perfect chord. "Oz! Wow! You...you got it!"

"Yeah. I never thought I'd get it, either. Not even here."

"Hurry up, you two, or you'll be late for your next bloody class."

Both heads jerked up. "Spike?"

The blonde nodded. "You're looking at the new drummer for your band."

"Why?" Willow asked.

"I'm chaperoning...can we leave it at that?"

"Oh," Oz replied, taking the guitar off. "Sure, man, why not?"

"Good. Now hurry up. And...where's rehearsal again?"

At six, the band member started showing up. "Guys, Matt moved away. Last minute replacement showed up. His name's Spike."

Spike waved his hand to signal Oz was talking about him. Devon nodded. "Let's see what you can do, man."

Spike sat down at the drums and pounded out the drum part of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit," followed by two Smashing Pumpkins songs, "Hello Kitty Kat" and "Girl Named Sandoz." Wrapping it all up with a drum solo he'd created on his own, he stopped. "How'd I do, mate?"

Devon looked on in awe and wonder. "Well, you have good music tastes. Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins. That solo was awesome. You're in."

Willow looked over Spike's head at Oz and mouthed "How'd he do that?" Oz shrugged and they both looked at the vampire.

"You've been around as long as I have, you pick up a few things. Besides, drumming pissed Angelus off."

"Okay, that was good. Willow, your voice just keeps getting better. I'd say that's a wrap," Devon said after four hours of practice. "Remember, gig at the Bronze tomorrow at seven. Soundcheck at 5:30."

Everyone nodded and left the garage until only Willow, Oz and Spike were left. "Red, you really should sing more. You have a lovely voice," Spike said.

"Yeah," Oz said, looking at his girlfriend, who was blushing bright red.

"Really?" She got two nods in response. "Well, we'll just see."

Spike stood up from behind the kit. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I think I'll enjoy a walk home under this full moon."

Oz looked up. "It really is a full moon?"

"Yeah...and you're not all wolfy," Willow said, a smile on her face.

"Cool. See you tomorrow, Spike," Oz said, reaching over to Willow.

As they turned around, they saw they were all alone.

Spike was halfway to the mansion before he stopped. "Faith! Get your whorish arse out here!"

He turned around and was face to face with the little trumpet. "How'd you know I was here?" she asked coyly.

"I'm a vampire, not a deaf and dumb idiot."

She pouted. "Coulda fooled me."

"What the bloody hell are you doing here?"

"Well...ruining each and every one of your fantasies. If I have my way."

"Want to bet?" he asked, before throwing a mean left hook that knocked her out. "Didn't think so." Slinging her over his shoulder, he carried her all the way to the mansion, grumbling about carrying an overweight Slayer.

***

"What the fuck happened?"

"You, being the git that you are, made me dreadfully upset. So I knocked you out. Don't interfere with the other's fantasies, Faith. Or you might just get stuck here."

Faith looked through swollen eyes at the figure crouched in front of her. Instead of the usual outfit of black jeans, black T-shirt, red shirt and leather duster he usually wore, Spike was wearing regular jeans and a plain white T-shirt. "You look...different," she mumbled.

"I'm about to make a roomful of girls swoon by being the best bloody drummer since Keith Moon of The Who and there is no way I'm going to let you ruin it. And Willow and Oz are living out their fantasy and I want you no where near them."

Faith's response was a misaimed ball of spit.

"You trumpet. Don't leave. If I see you anywhere near the Bronze..." He left the threat unspoken as he grabbed his duster and left the room. Faith only waited for the door to shut before she let the lock pick fall out of her hair and began to pick the lock on the chains that held her to the wall.

The band was rocking and, as predicted, most people ignored the other guys and concentrated solely on Spike, much to the chagrin of Devon and the other male band members.

Except Oz. He was more worried about Willow, who was sitting nearby. Since this was her first time on stage, everyone had decided it would be best to let Devon start the crowd up.

She didn't care either way, but she was nervous as hell. Instead of starting out on an original song, she was going to cover a Natalie Merchant song. Devon had been shocked to hear how similar her voice could be to hers.

The last song had ended and Oz motioned to her to come up to the stage. Shyly she stepped up. The mic was in the stand, and Devon stepped up and took it out, but did one thing before hand.

"Ladies and gentleman, or raucous teens as the case may be. Let me introduce the two newest members of Dingoes Ate My Babies. The drummer which all you girls have been drooling over is Spike."

Spike stood up, then, with a wicked glint as he saw an uninvited guest storm towards the stage, he took off his shirt.

The girls went nuts as he tossed it out into the crowd, and Faith was no match for the throng of girls diving after the shirt. Spike, Willow and Oz smirked at the sight of Faith getting trampled to the ground.

"And the new arrival on stage is Willow. Careful, guys...she's with him," he said, pointing to Oz. Willow smiled a little, and took the mike from Devon.

"Hi," she said a little shyly, and looked at Oz, who smiled and mouthed "You'll be great." She looked back towards the crowd and swallowed. As she did that she waited for the entry part of the song before beginning.

The applause was overwhelming, and Willow turned bright red. Oz reached over to squeeze her shoulder, but gave her a kiss instead, which got an even louder response.

Spike looked over, than down towards the crowd. Faith was towards the back, bruises on her arms and a scowl on her face. Devon looked towards the band and signaled for a short break, after which Willow would take over the singing.

Spike decided not to bother with Faith right now. Instead, he shadowed the two teenagers whose fantasy was being fulfilled. When girls would leave him alone, that was.

"You did so well, Willow. You have such a beautiful voice," Oz said, holding her hand as they sat down at a small table sipping drinks.

"Really?" she asked in a quiet voice. He nodded, and remained quiet as others added their compliments.

"Really. Look, even they agree with me. You could be famous with a voice like that, Willow."

Willow blushed, then looked at her boyfriend again. "Only if you come with me."

The rest of the evening went quickly. Willow was the hit of the evening, even eclipsing Spike and his lack of shirt...but not by much. She had a voice that shifted pitch and deepness, which surprised everyone.

By the time the band finally finished it's set, Willow was exhausted. The only ones with any energy left were Devon and Spike. As they left The Bronze, Willow tapped Spike on the shoulder. "Where did Faith go?"

Spike shrugged. "You don't worry about that, love. She won't bother you...I can guarantee it."

Willow smiled, then followed Oz towards his van not even realizing it was a full moon. Spike turned around and walked away from the group. "Here trampy trampy tramp," he muttered patronizingly. Fed up with that after a few moments, he yelled, "Faith! Get your little whoring ass out here!"

Oz drove up right then. "You really don't like her, do you?"

Spike nodded. "That, and I don't want her messing up your fantasies. You two have a good evening, all right? I'll take care of the little git."

Oz nodded, and Willow piped up. "Get some sleep! We have another gig in two days."

***

Two days later, Willow was up on stage, waiting for the DJ to finish setting up. She had a surprise for Oz.

Knowing he was a huge fan of the Sneaker Pimps, Willow had worked on this song for the longest time. She was planning on singing it just for him, but at the last minute she'd decided it would be cool to share it with everyone else as well.

"You ready yet, Rob?" she called over to the DJ. He nodded, giving her a thumbs up as well.

"What're you planning, love?" Spike asked, walking next to her.

"I want to sing for Oz. One of his favorite songs. I mean, it's Karaoke Night tonight. Thought he'd like the surprise."

Spike nodded. "This, I have to see."

The song started, and Willow took the portable mic, something she'd gotten used to by now, and waited for her cue.

Willow sang in a falsetto, near to the actual singer's voice. She smiled as Oz turned around, looking at her in awe and wonder.

"Wow...she's...I never thought she could sing like that..." Oz sputtered.

"Down boy," Spike muttered, watching the redhead on stage.

Oz ignored him, stood up and moved towards the stage.

Spike was about to follow when he spotted a dark haired girl in the corner. "Bloody hell," he muttered, moving towards Faith.

"Truce, boy. Truce. I just wanted to come here, maybe enjoy the local talent," she said, trailing off as she saw some college boys walk past her. "The local men as well..."

"Remember, Faith, no shag will be as good--"

"As Xander, I know. Stop guilt tripping."

Spike shook his head. "I'm still going to keep my eye on you."

Oz got up to the stage and glanced at Willow before pulling himself to sit on the stage near her.

Willow reached down and pulled him next to her. The minute the song ended, he kissed her softly, not caring who was watching.

"You did that for me?" he asked, surprised.

"Oz...I'd do anything for you," she said softly.

"Then follow me."

The two of them walked off the stage hand in hand and headed out the door.

***

"Don't...you...dare...stop...me..." Faith sputtered.

Spike had a firm grip on her arm. "I said I was going to keep an eye on you. You are not going to spoil his picnic for her, Faith. I am not going to let you go in order to do it."

Her response was a quick kick to the shin and her shoulder connecting to his jaw.

"Damn bitch," he muttered as she ran off into the night. Of course, he was up and in motion, tackling her to the ground quickly.

"Get off of me or I'll scream rape!"

Spike got off of her in a heartbeat. "I still won't let you ruin their fantasy. Besides, beating the shit out of a Slayer is one of my other fantasies. Guess you'll have to do."

"Not without a fight, Spike," she spat out.

"You want a fight, you'll get a fight."

***

"Okay...open your eyes."

Willow opened her eyes in surprise. "Where are we?"

"Well, this is my brother's place. He's in the process of building this treehouse for my cousin, and hasn't gotten to add the roof yet. I thought it'd be a great place for a moonlight picnic."

Willow smiled at him. "It's perfect. Why'd you do this?"

"Well," Oz said, leading her over to the blanket in the middle of the treehouse, "I thought we should spend the last night of this full moon outside. I mean, since the band was sick and the gig was canceled, I thought it'd be a nice thing to do instead of hanging around the Bronze."

She nodded. "It's just so sweet that you did this."

"Well, it was an incredibly sweet thing you did singing that song." He leaned over and kissed her softly. "Thank you for it. It means a lot to me."

She looked up at the night sky. "We're not going to be able to do this once we get back home," she said quietly.

"Yes, we will. Just not during the full moon..." Oz said, taking her hand. "Maybe...maybe we'll find a way for me to not be a werewolf anymore."

"Maybe," she said, leaning back against him.

Oz kissed her hair lightly, pulling her close. "Willow...don't be sad. Please? Everything will be okay..."

She nodded. "All right," she said with a tiny grin. "So...what's to eat?"

***

When Faith came to, she didn't recognize where she was. "Wha--?"

"Finally." Spike shook his head, stopping his pacing.

"Where the fuck are we?"

"Where Willow and Oz are. I'm going to show you why their fantasy is so important."

The two of them walked into the back yard. Willow and Oz looked to be in the latter stages of making out.

"I don't need to see this," Faith muttered, turning away.

Spike physically forced her to turn around. "Living her life has scared the bloody shit out of her. And...this is going to help her change. If you had messed it up...it'd be no fun to torture her and try to make her life miserable."

"So you're just being a selfish bastard like I've thought you were."

Spike smacked her upside the head. "You're so daft, you bitch...it's no fun hunting people that never change. You should know that." He turned her around and pushed her out of the backyard.

"I still think you're a selfish bastard."

"Will you never learn? Now, I'm off to deal with that twit Wesley. Don't bother them...or me." And with that parting comment he walked off, muttering things about being called Little John and the like.

Faith smirked. "Fat chance, Spike. Fat fucking chance..."
