Life has been really busy, in some good ways and some bad ways, and I haven't had a lot of free time to spend on my computer. But a couple of times in the last few months, I've opened up Photopaint as an escape, and these are what came out.

Wonder: Featuring Anne Hathaway. I'm actually really happy with how this turned out, because borderless on black is a difficult style for me. The lyrics are from Natalie Merchant's "Wonder," and texture credit goes to GP of Thin-Spark.com.

December in New York: Featuring Jennifer Morrison of House MD fame and lyrics from Thea Gilmore's "December in New York." I made this one before Christmas and I'm honestly not sure which textures I layered in there. My apologies, I hate not remembering who to credit. I'm sure it's an artist from my resource list, all of which are definitely worth checking out. I do remember that brush credit goes to Heidi at RainHarbour.net

Can't Hold My Soul In: Featuring Hugh Jackman. I usually have a hard time collaging guys, but these pictures of Hugh and a motorcycle were too cool to do nothing with. ;) The lyrics are from Nickelback's "Savin' Me." Texture and brush credit for this one goes to RainHarbour.net

Bet you thought I'd forgotten this place, didn't you?
Fall has been a busy time for me, but I've got three wallpapers to update with today.

Wouldn't Trade My Chevrolet: Featuring Dean and the Impala from Supernatural. :) Not entirely happy with the coloring, but it was still fun to make Texture credit to Colorfilter.Net and lyrical credit to Big & Rich's Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy.

The Better Part of Me: Featuring Dr. House from House MD, which I got completely hooked on this past summer. :) The texture is from Hybrid Genesis, and the lyrics are from Five for Fighting's Superman.

Long Distance Relationship: Featuring The Lake House, with Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves. Texture credit is also to Colorfilter.Net.

Happy Independence Day to all my fellow Americans!

Only two pieces to post today, but they're the first arts I've made in quite a long while that I actually like.

Supernatural (Dead or Alive): Featuring Dean and Sam Winchester from Supernatural, which is quite possibly the show I'm most looking forward to for next fall. :) The lyrics are from Bon Jovi's (or, if you're me, Chris Daughtry's) Dead or Alive. "I'm a cowboy ... on a steel horse I ride...." Very Sam and Dean, I thought. :D Anyway, the texture is from Misplaced Moments and the brushes are from Ancient Secret and Hybrid Genesis.

Dance: Featuring Jennifer Aniston, who I've never collaged before, but the pictures were fun to work with. :) I used lyrics from Leanne Womack's I Hope You Dance, a stock picture from Getty Images, brushes from Ancient Secret, and a texture by Krisnreine.Com.
